At Lawnderlust, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our 100% organic seaweed fertilizer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product does not need to be unopened. We understand that there may be common issues such as:
• The bag was damaged during shipment.
• The product was misunderstood to be a powder.
In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
We offer full refunds on all eligible returns, including the original shipping costs. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Lawnderlust will cover the cost of return shipping. We will arrange for E-SHIPPER to pick up the returned product from your location. Depending on the situation, we may also choose to immediately refund your purchase or send out a new unit at no additional cost to you.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the return. If you have an issue, please email us at atyourservice@lawnderlust.ca, and we will work with you to resolve the situation. For instance, if a bag was damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no cost to you.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us via email to arrange for an exchange, and we will handle it based on the situation.
Our return policy applies to both US and Canadian customers. For any returns from either country, Lawnderlust will cover return shipping costs and follow the same return/exchange process.
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product. To resolve the issue:
1. Email us at lawnderlust@questvision.media with details and photos, if applicable.
2. Your email will be triaged to our support team.
3. We will resolve the issue either through a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You can return eligible items at no additional cost.
